Switching from rSchoolToday

rSchool is going away.
Your history does not have to.

Arbiter is retiring rSchoolToday's Activity Scheduler and Schedule Star for the 2026-27 school year, with schedules moving to Arbiter Game and access to the old systems ending. Arbiter's own guidance is to download any historical data you want to keep before that happens. This page is what to export, and where each piece lands in Strata.

Do this first, whatever you decide about Strata. Once the rSchool products shut down, the data is gone. Arbiter says schools should request a unique link to download the historical information they want to keep. Ask for it now, download everything, and put it somewhere two people can find it. Read Arbiter's migration guidance at marketing.arbiter.io/bt_migration.

What moves, and where it lands.

Strata is not a scheduling-and-officials product and does not pretend to be. Officials, contracts and payments belong in whatever you move to for that. Everything below is what Strata does with the rest of your rSchool history.

1

Your schedules

Export each team's schedule as a calendar file (.ics) or a spreadsheet. In Strata, drop the file onto Your schedule calendars or subscribe to a live calendar link, and every game lands with sport, level, opponent, home or away, and the result where one was recorded. If your new scheduler publishes a calendar link, subscribe to that too; several calendars merge into one schedule and duplicates are folded.

2

Your rosters and registrations

Export your athletes as a spreadsheet: names, grade or graduation year, sport, level, parents and emergency contacts. Drop it into Master Import. Strata reads registration exports by their shape, so an rSchoolToday file imports the same way a FinalForms or DragonFly one does. Existing athletes update in place, nobody is invented, and the preview shows you exactly what will change before anything does.

3

Past seasons

Strata is built for the season in front of you, not as an archive of every season behind you. Load last year and this year the same way as step 1, and keep the older years in the downloaded archive where a person can open them. Anything rSchool held that Strata has no home for, such as officials and contracts, stays in that archive too. We will tell you honestly which is which when we see your files.

4

Your public schedule page

rSchool hosted a public schedule site for many schools. Strata publishes a public roster and results page per program, with the schedule, the record and the roster your fans and opponents can see, and nothing from the training room. It updates itself when the schedule does.

5

Or hand it to us

Email the export and we load it for you, then walk your staff through what landed where. Most schools are done in an afternoon. The roster, the schedule and the physical clearances are the only three files we need.

What you get that rSchool never did.

The training room, on the record

Evals, treatments, rehab, referrals and concussion protocols, documented as they happen and connected to the schedule you just loaded. The Friday taping list for away games prints itself.

The weight room, connected

Programs with each athlete's real bar weights, a tablet station in the room, testing days that become leaderboards. When an athlete is limited, tomorrow's lift already knows.

The whole athlete

Nutrition, daily wellness check-ins, training load, hydration, and heat, lightning and air-quality monitoring, on one record that follows the athlete for a whole career. One login for the department, one bill for the school.

A forced move is a good time to move up.

Founding-school pricing is open for a limited group: $3,000 a year, every module, unlimited athletes, locked in for as long as you stay.
